Job Summary:
McClure is seeking an individual that is excited about contributing to the overall success of the company! Someone that can fulfill the roles as administrative assistant, front desk receptionist, support the company president and contract administrator. We are looking for an individual who is efficient and comfortable being a member of a team and has the ability to manage multiple high priority tasks, but not lose focus on details. The ideal candidate for this job is resourceful, a problem solver and organized person. This position requires the ability to communicate well and effectively, verbally and in writing, with other members of the company.

Essential Functions:
  • Answer phone calls/solicitors, directing messages to the appropriate associates
  • Greet guests in a professional, friendly, hospitable manner
  • Create purchase orders, memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents
  • Receive, sort and forward incoming mail
  • Coordinate the pick-up and delivery of express mail services (FedEx, UPS, etc.)
  • Assist in the ordering, receiving, stocking and distribution of office supplies
  • Support typical office duties such as copying and mailing
  • Assisting with new hire items such as preparing offices/desks
  • Become proficient with the company’s management information system and project tracking
  • Cross train the tasks of other administrative assistants to provide support to the Operations team
  • Periodic administrative support to the company President
  • Assist the contract administrator when necessary
  • Other duties as assigned

Experience, technical skills & attributes required:
  • Minimum 2-3 years’ experience as an administrative assistant in a corporate office
  • Associates degree is preferred but not required. Must have High School diploma
  • Proficiency in MS Office with expertise in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to juggle multiple tasks
  • Superior organizational skills and dedication to completing projects in a timely manner
  • Strong aptitude for quality and efficiency
  • Proficient writing and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to collaborate with the team to accomplish the goals
  • Willingness to learn
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be energetic, a self-starter, and have a high sense of urgency

Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship

Position is full-time Monday - Friday
