The Recruiting Manager for the Sales organization will manage a team that recruits for our growing sales force across North America, from entry level to management level positions out of the Washington D.C office. In this role, you will also be an integral part of developing and implementing talent acquisition processes and strategies, and helping the organization to adapt to those processes. What are the requirements for this job?
  • 10 years of recruiting experience
  • 4 years of managing the activities of a team
  • Experience leading a small team in a high pressure environment, providing coaching, encouragement, direction, and prioritization as well as tracking and measuring success. 
  • Must be familiar with recruitment automation and the use of sourcing tools
  • Proven success leading a team through full life cycle recruitment efforts, as well as pipeline building and management.
  • Proven ability to proactively work with hiring managers to drive the recruitment process
  • Experience using an applicant tracking system (ATS) as well as LinkedIn, Facebook, and other social recruiting platforms; experience utilizing job boards, target company cold-calling, and other sourcing mechanisms to identify candidates. 
  • Knowledge of common human resources practices, employment laws and/or government compliance regulations that affect recruitment.
  • Be detail oriented and data driven and must have some sales recruitment/sales recruitment management experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree
