Based on your knowledge of our industry, you will leverage our specialists to provide technical industry solutions to our customers.
Your strong and versatile management skills will have you managing three branches (Coquitlam, Abbotsford and Nanaimo).  You will report to your Regional Director, and under their guidance and macro-management style, you will:
  • Build, engage and manage your team (Operations Manager, Sales Reps, Technical Specialists)
  • Influence the development of your team by collaborating with and coaching others
  • Innovate and evolve your leadership approach to meet the evolving needs of our people and market
  • Develop and follow a business strategy that manages and expands your customer base
  • Solve complex business and interpersonal challenges and excel at meeting customer and team needs
