Job Title: Ecommerce Amazon Marketplace Manager
Work Arrangement: (Hybrid – 3 Days in Office / 2 Days Remote)

Notions Marketing, the world’s largest creative arts distributor, is looking for an experienced Ecommerce Amazon Marketplace Manager to take the lead in managing and growing our portfolio on Amazon.com.
This position will provide account management, listing optimization, forecasting and ad management for a growing portfolio. A great candidate will be someone who thoroughly understands Seller Central, thrives on strategic analysis of ecommerce data and can work independently to grow the overall account.

What You'll Do
As our Ecommerce Amazon Marketplace Manager, you’ll be the go-to expert for all things Seller Central. You’ll manage listings, optimize product visibility, forecast sales, run advertising campaigns, and troubleshoot issues — all while driving performance and maintaining brand health. You’ll work cross-functionally and serve as the primary point of contact for our brand partners.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Manage Seller Central accounts with a focus on listing optimization, SEO, and conversion.
- Launch new products with compelling copy and A+ content.
- Oversee customer service requests within Seller Central.
- Use Amazon tools to build variations, update listings, and manage backend content.
- Strategize pricing and promotional cadences to increase sales.
- Coordinate inventory levels, shipping plans, and replenishment schedules.
- Troubleshoot ASIN issues and proactively maintain account health.
- Plan and manage ad budgets using Amazon Advertising Console.
- Serve as the primary contact for assigned brands — leading weekly and monthly check-ins and reporting.
- Continuously test and iterate with A/B testing and data-driven campaigns.
What We’re Looking For
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3+ years of e-commerce or brand management experience (D2C, Amazon, Walmart.com)
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central and Advertising Console
- Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, etc.)
- Self-motivated and proactive mindset
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
Preferred:
- Experience with Helium 10, Jungle Scout, DataHawk, or similar analytics tools a plus!
- Strong background in account management and performance reporting
