The role of an Executive Director in our facilities is multifaceted, encompassing the management of operations, care delivery, and financial health. They ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, foster positive relationships among staff, and drive census growth. Additionally, they oversee financial aspects such as accounts receivable and strive to maximize net operating income. A critical aspect of their role is implementing programs that enhance patient experience and swiftly addressing any service failures to maintain high standards of care.
What you will earn:

What you will need to join our EPIC team:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Public Health Administration, Business Administration, or other health care related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 5+ years of management experience in a hospital or long-term care facility.
- Current Michigan NHA License.
- Knowledge of reimbursement regulations as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines pertaining to the long-term care industry.
- Strong leadership skills.
