As Physician Assistant you will oversee and administer various assignments related to primary and inpatient health care services for residents. You will provide health care services within your legally-defined scope of practice.

This is a full-time position with full benefits.

How you will help people every day:

Assessment of guest/resident’s health status, ranging from focused to comprehensive.
Obtain guest/residents’ health history from interview of guest/resident and others, and from review of pertinent health records.
Provides primary clinical therapy and treatment of individual and groups of guest/resident(s).
Perform physical examinations.
Order pertinent diagnostic tests and procedures and Performs diagnostic tests and procedures and therapeutic procedures
Perform medical procedures including incisions and drainage, wound care, debridement, and suturing of lacerations; and applies and removes casts and traction devices.
You will promote hospitality and excellent customer service in our every daily interaction with our guests, their families, and visitors. Through kind words and encouragement, you will promote a positive, healthy environment in which to heal and thrive.

What you will need to be part of our EPIC team:

Graduate of an approved or accredited Physician Assistant program, physician assistant program or possess a Bachelor of Science degree in Medicine
Current Physician Assistant state license; CPR-BLS Certification
A high level of analytical abilities in order to prepare personalized care plans, implement effective nursing care and rehabilitation, and develop solutions to difficult problems concerning well-being.
