The Executive Chef is overall responsible for planning and preparation of our menu of amazing and nourishing meals for our guests. They will ensure the highest quality standards of food service and the best culinary experience is provided at all times in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations governing the facility and that the Culinary Services department is maintained in a clean, safe, and sanitary manner.
What you will need to be part of our EPIC team:
- Certified Executive Chef, Bachelor’s Degree in Culinary Arts, Certified Dietary Manager or professional work history equivalent.
- Must be knowledgeable of dietary practices and procedures as well the laws, regulations and guidelines governing dietary functions in nursing care facilities.
- Proven ability and desire to mentor, guide and teach job expectations along with illustrating and upholding our EPIC care values
- Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to delivering Excellent, Passionate, Innovative care!
