The Talent & Culture Associate is the first point of support with facility TCBP in the problem solving, implementation and success of enterprise-wide people policies, programs and practices. Talent & Culture Associates are generalists but each bring strengths in people practices that will be aligned to specific activities or projects. This role will specifically support benefits administration, leave of absence, and worker compensation programs.

Some of your job duties may include:

Be on-site at facilities to conduct effectiveness reviews, prepare reports and co-create action plans with the TCBP, ED and Resource Center to address discrepancies.
Work closely with the facility TCBP, management and scheduler to diagnose staffing needs and apply strategies and tactics to improve upon turn-over, retention and engagement.
Assist in the role of facility TCBP as needed (vacancy, leaves, etc.)
Assist with the effectiveness and timely administration of enterprise-wide processes or initiatives including but not limited to sourcing, internal communication, compensation, employee investigations, policy management, recognition, training, safety, attendance / leave management, ADA, HRIS, general administration, payroll, etc.
Assist with CBA administration where a union exists.

What you will need to join our EPIC team:

Post-secondary education/Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or related field with at least 1-3 years of human resources experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience; PHR certification preferred.
Experience should include a generalist background encompassing recruiting, payroll, employee relations, and benefits administration; labor relations experience valuable
Working in a health care environment or industry with a high on-site of customers to employee highly desirable.
Must possess a strong customer service focus, and have outstanding interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills.
Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and proven ability to manage multiple areas of responsibility.
