Navatek has been involved in extensive government sponsored research and development for the past ten years and has become a world leader in the design, construction, and testing of a variety of unique patented hull form technologies. These technologies significantly improve vessel performance in both monohull and multihull craft.  Navatek’s technologies are incorporated into large and full scale prototypes and tested in open-ocean conditions in waters off the Hawaiian Islands. We build, own, and operate high-speed, ocean-going test platforms ranging from 16 to over 100 feet in length.

Navatek has secured several long-term construction projects involving prototypes and commercial vessels ranging from 30 to 80 feet and is seeking an engineer to join our team.  If you want to participate in state-of-the-art projects requiring diverse, cross-disciplinary experience and expertise, if you have a passion for seeing innovative ideas developed and brought to market, and if you enjoy having a significant impact on results, Navatek is the company for you. We are a subsidiary of a much larger company which ensures that the successful candidate will be provided with a stable working environment, as well as a competitive compensation package.‚Äč
