Job Summary/Description
The Naval Architect Intern will provide an array of tasks including hydrodynamic calculations, CAD general arrangement drawings, and ship stability calculations.  The Naval Architect intern will report to the VP of Science & Technology, while also possibly spending time in other departments. The Naval Architect Intern will use a variety of software packages for CAD, design, and Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) predictions.

Education and Experience
  • High School Diploma
  • 2 years College Level Courses

Skills/Technical Knowledge
  • Must be well versed using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint

This position is located in Portland, Maine. Employment is contingent upon successfully passing an employee background check and post-offer drug screen.
