KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Coordinate the Company’s applicant flow to include contacting all applicants, tracking follow up calls, scheduling interviews at branch for qualified candidates, conducting interviews, and ensuring all processes for tracking and follow up with applicants is followed.
• Schedules new employees for orientation sessions, including application state required guard registration training, fingerprinting, guard registration processing, and all new hire paperwork processing.
• Maintains guard staff lists in organized searchable formats. From those lists, works with Human Resources Manager to ensure all internal software and Louisiana State Board of Private Security Examiners records are up to date and in compliance with state and company requirements.
• Conducts monthly HR (Human Resources) audits to maintain complete compliance with state regulations.
• Assists Human Resource Manager in Creating and maintaining employee personnel, medical, and benefit files; maintains I-9 files in accordance with Company policies and legal requirements.
• Participates in the annual open enrollment process to ensure timely 100% compliance with federal Healthcare law and regulations.
• Oversees administration of company uniform program, including sizing, issuance of uniforms, timely return of uniforms, assistance with replacements, and maintaining all paper and electronic files associated with the program
. • Coordinates employee relations programs.
• Resolves payroll discrepancies in a timely and efficient manner, and communicate status of such to affected employees, to minimize financial exposure for Company. 
• Attends relevant recruitment activities, such as job fairs, recruitment programs, etc. on an as needed basis.
• Assists with various administrative duties as assigned.
• Performs additional projects or tasks as needed.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, Business Administration, Psychology, or related Field • At least 2-5 years of experience in Human Resources with an emphasis on employee relations, compliance, recruitment, and HR policies and procedures
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software applications
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively at all levels within the organization
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Bi-lingual applicants are preferred.
