Key Responsibilities:

Perform service calls to inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain security equipment (e.g., access control, surveillance systems, alarm components, and related hardware)

Respond to on-call service requests as scheduled, including after-hours or emergency calls

Conduct preventative maintenance and system checks

Document service work and report issues or required follow-up

Maintain cleanliness, organization, and operational readiness of the warehouse

Load, unload, and organize tools, equipment, and inventory

Assist with inventory tracking and equipment preparation

Follow all safety, security, and company procedures
Travel Requirements:

Local travel for routine service calls

Occasional distant or overnight travel may be required

All approved travel expenses for distant travel will be covered by the company
