We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Security Equipment Service Technician to support the installation, service, and maintenance of security-related equipment. This position includes on-site service calls, preventative maintenance, on-call response, and warehouse support. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, organized, and comfortable traveling as needed to support customer locations. This role may also involve towing equipment to and from job sites; candidates must be comfortable operating vehicles while towing equipment.  
 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Perform service calls to inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain security equipment (e.g., access control, surveillance systems, alarm components, and related hardware) 

  • Respond to on-call service requests as scheduled, including after-hours or emergency calls 

  • Conduct preventative maintenance and system checks 

  • Document service work and report issues or required follow-up 

  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and operational readiness of the warehouse 

  • Load, unload, and organize tools, equipment, and inventory 

  • Assist with inventory tracking and equipment preparation 

  • Follow all safety, security, and company procedures 

Travel Requirements: 

  • Local travel for routine service calls 

  • Occasional distant or overnight travel may be required 

  • All approved travel expenses for distant travel will be covered by the company
