Retail Sales Floor Manager
Key Responsibilities

I. Store Management & Support
- Lead by example by working the retail floor together with teammates; help with such duties as opening and closing the store, engaging with guests, cashing out customers, stocking products, managing inventory and product shelf life, building gifts, packing products, keeping store clean and in good order
- Coach and train teammates to ensure outstanding customer service is being provided at all times
- Motivate retail associates to increase store sales through active and friendly interactions with customers, offering samples, and providing helpful information about products, promotions, and rewards program
- Ensure a welcoming atmosphere and great shopping experience for all guests by making sure the store presents itself in the most attractive and inviting way, and customers are welcomed by friendly associates
- Ensure that retail sales objectives and goals are understood and met; help setting up incentive programs
- Provide frequent feedback about products, customers and any staff issues
- Constructively address any staffing issues; assist with hiring, firing and scheduling associates
- Maintain proper knowledge of products, sales, promotions, policies and procedures
- Help updating all retail documentation and handbooks
- Suggest ideas on how to improve products, services, store presentation, processes and documentation
- Support production department and other retail locations as needed

II. Customer Service
- Responsible for answering store phone calls and incoming emails
- Ensure that all retail phone orders are properly taken and processed
- Get retail orders ready for in-store, curbside pickup, or local delivery
- Assist in processing and fulfilling webstore orders
- Assist with B2B sales and customer service as needed
- Other duties as assigned from time to time

Job Requirements
- Friendly and dependable retail & customer service professional with prior management experience
- Customer-centric hands-on leader with excellent work ethics, able to train and motivate retail staff
- Goal oriented and able to drive sales
- Self-motivated team player not afraid of wearing many hats in a small company environment
- Able to take initiative to solve problems and act as a team builder
- Professional presentation in attire, demeanor, appearance and compliance with company dress code
- Able to receive constructive criticism and strive to improve areas of weakness
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Must have knowledge and appreciation of the Cigar and Tobacco industry.
