Administrative Assistant needed for a fast-growing holiday lighting company in the Southern NH to Metro Boston area.

WeHangChristmasLights.com Of New England,LLC  specializes in all aspects of holiday lighting. Our clients include, residential, commercial and municipal accounts. We are growing at an incredibly rapid pace and need someone to take care of the daily tasks.

Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs, and managing our company's general administrative activities.

This job is remote; the ideal candidate is familiar with the Southern NH & Metro Boston area to properly book appointments, but its not required. 

Will start at part-time and move to full-time. The hours are flexible as long as work gets done.

Manage multiple systems
Ring central
Jobbber app
lead-gen sites
Calendly,
QuickBooks, Ext
Phone calls
Setting appointments
Record maintenance


Skills required
Very Strong Communication - written and verbal.
Microsoft Office
QuickBooks 
Construction knowledge is a plus.
Self Driven

Pay:
$15 Hour Regular work
$100 if you follow up with a customer and they close on a contract.
