NTA, Inc. is seeking a talented, motivated Guidance, Navigation, and Control (GNC) Engineer. Duties will include the development and evaluation of GNC algorithms in support of existing and emerging weapon systems for the Strategic and Operational Rockets and Missiles (STORM) Project Office. This role will support all aspects of GNC design, integration, and evaluation, including: missile autopilot, guidance, and navigation algorithm development; system component trade studies; system performance assessments utilizing 6-Degree-of-Freedom (6DOF) simulations; and support of novel GNC technology demonstrations.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an ABET accredited institution
- Background in GNC development and evaluation
- Proficiency in C/C++, Python, and/or MATLAB
- A high level of computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
Desired:
- Familiarity with some or all of the following: 6DOF simulations, Kalman filtering, classical control system design, kinematics and dynamics
- Experience with FORTRAN
- Experience with Ada
- Experience using a Linux-based operating system
- Experience with source code version control tools and issue management systems
- Detail-oriented with good analytical skills, a team player, and able to handle multiple deadlines and priorities
