NTA, Inc. is seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer with a minimum of 30 years of experience supporting the development, integration and testing of U.S. Army missile systems and components. Duties will focus on the development and demonstration of air defense interceptor systems and components to include guidance, navigation and control (GNC), airframes, solid rocket motors, warheads and launch platforms. This position will support various engineering activities to include aerodynamic testing and characterization, warhead and lethality testing, guidance electronics integration and checkout, hardware-in-the-loop integration and testing, operational and system performance analysis, launcher integration testing and flight test demonstrations.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an ABET accredited institution
- 30 + years of engineer experience
Required:
- Experience with US Army missile system and component development, demonstration, test and evaluation
- Strong understanding of system engineering principles and processes
- Excellent communication skills
- Demonstrated organizational and technical management skills
Desired:
- Systems engineering experience
- Experience with configuration management of engineering drawings and revisions
