Cabana Attendant Supervisor

Cabana Attendant Supervisor
Summary: As the Cabana Attendant Supervisor you will oversee and manage the activities of Cabana Attendants to ensure outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for assisting in the training and scheduling of all cabana attendants to ensure safe, quality, and efficient operations.
- Ensure all cabana attendants follow departmental procedures, rules, regulations, and standards
- Assist cabana attendants during times of high traffic volume to ensure extraordinary hospitality
- Monitor employee performance and provide supervision. Recommend counseling and recognition by management.
- Inspect the property daily including all guest cabanas / spaces and public areas
- Respond to all guest requests or complaints in a timely manner
- Provide timely, courteous, and professional service to all guests
- Comply and ensure compliance with lost and found policies and procedures
- Adhere to the company’s policy regarding reporting all tips.
- Maintain all health and safety standards, including the proper sanitizing of assigned areas as required
- All other duties as may be assigned
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with many types of personalities
- Must be able to work a variety of day, night, weekend, and holiday shifts
- Approximately 75% of workday will be spent outdoors
- Must be able to carry up to 25 lbs.
- Always maintain a positive and upbeat attitude to ensure an excellent guest experience.
- Must be a minimum of 18 years of age
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience: One (1) year of Cabana Attendant experience required
