Server (Eminence, MO)
Echo Bluff Lodge is nestled alongside Sinking Creek with expansive, breathtaking views of the park's namesake, Echo Bluff in Eminence, Missouri. The beautiful lodge overlooks a one-of-a-kind panorama that amazes all! We offer cabin and lodge guest rooms, Mercantile Gift Shop, and the Creekside Grill.
Responsibilities:
?-? Accurately take orders from guests, submit to kitchen using Point-of-Sales (POS)
software, deliver food and drinks, bus tables or assist busser/runner
?-? Knowledge of restaurant and bar menu promotions and specials
?-? In an honest and timely manner, prepare checks, process credit cards, accept and
make accurate change for cash payments
?-? Ensure alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages are served in accordance with Federal,
State, Local regulations and Company procedures
?-? Provide timely, courteous service to all guests throughout the meal service
?-? Set tables, polish glasses, prepare workstations and other side work as assigned
?-? Accurately prepare sales and tip reports at shift’s end, deposit cash and credit card
receipts
?-? Complete other front of house duties such as host, and busser- food runner as
needed to meet business requirements
?-? Other duties per Duties Checklist and as requested
Position Requirements:
?-? Obtain ServSafe Certification in accordance with Company F&B policy
?-? Excellent customer service and people skills
?-? Must be able to work a variety of day, night, weekend, holiday shifts
?-? Must have excellent communication skills and be able to count change and reconcile
paperwork
?-? Majority of shift will be spent on feet in a fast-paced environment, in close proximity
to other people
