Summary

Lead and oversee the team who provides exceptional hospitality services to visitors experiencing amazing fishing, boating and swimming.

Responsibilities

· Strong and effective leadership for a dedicated team of employees providing exceptional hospitality services to the numerous visitors

· In conjunction with HR, recruit, develop and lead employees

· Ensure that the Company's financial priorities and goals are met/exceeded

· Develop and lead effective relationships with clients and vendors

Requirements

· Possess successful background in effective leadership of seasonal staff

· Possess financial understanding and capability to create and manage budgets

· Past successful experience of building high-performing teams

· Possess educational background of some college, preferably a degree in business, hospitality or equivalent

· Minimum of 3-5 years of hospitality management experience.
