This is a seasonal position and the anticipated first day of work is immediate, and the anticipated last day is in September 2023
Bartender
Summary: The Bartender is responsible for preparing and serving restaurant beverages, both alcoholic and non- alcoholic, in a timely and efficient manner in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations and company guidelines.

Bartender
Summary: The Bartender is responsible for preparing and serving restaurant beverages, both alcoholic and non- alcoholic, in a timely and efficient manner in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations and company guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Accurately and efficiently prepare drink orders for bar and restaurant
- Accurately and honestly handle cash and credit card transactions including tips and sales reports
- Ensure that alcoholic / non-alcoholic beverages are served in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Stock and re-stock bar items, and inform F & B Manager on needs to replenish inventory as necessary
- Provide timely, courteous and professional service to all guests
- Adhere to the company’s policy regarding reporting all tips.
- Maintain all health and safety standards, including the proper sanitizing of assigned areas.
- ServSafe or equivalent (TIPS) Certification
- Must be able to work a variety of day, night, weekend, and holiday shifts
- Must have an eye for detail and be committed to keeping the area sanitized and organized
- Must report ALL tips via timeclock as per company policy
- Excellent communication skills: ability to count change and reconcile paperwork
- Majority of shift will be spent on feet in a fast-paced environment and in close proximity to other people.
- Ability to lift to 25 lbs. frequently and up to 50 lbs. occasionally and understand that the position involves frequent bending, twisting, squatting, and turning.
- Always maintain a positive and upbeat attitude to ensure an excellent guest experience.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience: Minimum (1) year in a restaurant establishment
