Buffet Attendant or Busser (Mt Morris, IL)
White Pines Lodge, located in Mt. Morris, Illinois, is a destination rich in tradition, delicious food and friendly faces. We operate a historic log lodge restaurant, dinner theatre, gift shop and rent cozy cabins nestled in the beautiful White Pines Forest State Park.
White Pines Lodge is known for many things, including it's Sunday buffets and dinner theatres!

Buffet Attendant Job Description
- Must be able to work Sundays and or/week days
- Replenish buffet line
- Keep buffet line clean, organized and week stocked
- Communicate with kitchen on buffet needs
- Other duties as assigned
Busser Job Description
- Assist in setting up and preparing the dining area before service begins
- Clear tables and clean them promptly after guests have finished their meals
- Reset tables with clean linens, utensils, and condiments for the next guests
- Assist servers in delivering food orders to tables
- Remove used dishes, glasses, and silverware from tables during and after meal service
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including sweeping and mopping floors
- Other duties as assigned
Position Requirements:
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Must be a team player capable of working with others in a positive manner
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. frequently and handle tasks involving bending, twisting and squatting
- Be well organized and have the ability to effectively handle multiple tasks at one time
- Dexterity in using kitchen equipment or utensils and carrying heavy trays
- Majority of shift will be spent on feet in a fast-paced environment, in close proximity to other people
