As a leasing consultant, you will have all the fun – you get to help people choose their next home!   Show prospective residents around our beautiful apartment communities, and help them see how great life is when you live at a PLP property!
  • Answer phone calls from prospective residents
  • Tour potential residents around the property and show them the awesomeness
  • Collect applications and make sure that the prospective resident is qualified
  • Encourage qualified residents to sign the lease.  Close the deal!
  • Make sure our residents are delighted!


Qualifications:
  • At least two years of experience in a customer service role.  Property management experience is a huge plus!
  • The ability to work a flexible schedule, which may include weekends
  • Strong computer skills, including MS Word and Excel
  • Great customer service skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
  • A positive and fun attitude!
  • You must be legally authorized to work in the United States
