Penn E&R has an excellent opportunity for a senior-level Project Manager/Civil Engineer in our office in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. 

Minimum qualifications for the position include:
  • B.S. in Civil Engineering
  • Professional Engineer license preferred
  • 8-10 years of related project management/engineering experience
  • Record of developing and maintaining strong client relationships a plus
  • Knowledge in the following areas:
    • Hydrology and hydraulics
    • Erosion and sediment controls
    • Storm water management controls
    • Land development
    • Material balance assessments
    • Geotechnical evaluations
    • Highway occupancy permits
    • Construction specification development

Specific responsibilities will include:
  • Management of various field assignments
  • Coaching and development of junior staff
  • Scheduling and control of projects
  • Proposal and report preparation
  • Client meetings and business development
