Our continued growth has created a 2nd shift Working Lead Position in our Milton, WI location (3pm-11:30pm, Monday - Friday).   In this position you will split your time between a production role and overseeing the work performed by the entire 2nd shift team (approx 6-8 people).  We will provide training on our production processes, but you will bring your supervisory experience in ensuring things get done in a smooth and quality compliant manner.   

As a Lead, you will:
  • Supervise the work of the 2nd shift team
  • Ensure that the work of each production member meets expectation and that work orders are being fulfilled to quality standards
  • Ensure an efficient and smooth production process across 2nd shift
  • Properly motivate, coach and supervise each team member
  • Maintain a cohesive and engaged team
  • Other duties as assigned

As a production worker, you will:
  • Read production schedules, customer orders, work orders, shipping orders and requisitions to determine items to be moved, gathered and distributed
  • Collect materials from production areas 
  • Load materials into blenders and drums
  • Sort and place materials
  • Assemble customer orders and place on pallets with fork truck and transfer the material to be shipped
  • Mark material with identifying information according to customer specification
  • Open drums, pails, crates and other containers
  • Cross-train across production roles
  • Other duties as assigned

  • High school diploma or GED

  • Demonstrated supervisor experience/capability
  • Previous production experience as a machine operator or other related experience
  • MUST be mechanically inclined 
  • Ability to read, write and comprehend basic instruction and short correspondences
  • Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and at times lift and/or move up to 100 pounds
