Job Summary:

The Guest Service Manager is responsible for ensuring the operations of the Front Office, Concierge, and Guest Services are in an attentive, friendly, efficient and courteous manner, providing all guests with quality service prior to and throughout their stay, while controlling costs and minimizing expenses. This is a hands on management position that assists the General Manager with the day to day operations of the hotel according to Peachtree Hospitality Management and Brand standards.

 

Qualification Summary:

Education & Experience:

  • Four Year College Degree is preferred.
  • Minimum three years of hotel management experience required; preferably at a Hilton, Marriot and/or IHG hotel.
  • Certification preferred:  Certification as required by franchise.
  • Financial knowledge required.
