Role Summary
Join our team as a Spa Receptionist/Attendant! Provide ultimate customer service while assisting spa guests with spa reservations via web/phone and in-person, check-in for spa treatment, present guest orientation of the spa while maintaining a clean and organized spa environment. 
 

Core Responsibilities
Please note that this is not an exhaustive list of everything that needs to be done. Within the Auberge family, our people always find new ways to look after the business, their guests, and their teammates. Within this, the key responsibilities for this position are:

  • Ensures the lounge, locker room, fitness room, pool area and other guest areas are neat, clean, and stocked with all amenities throughout the day.

  • Provide guests with detailed descriptions of spa treatments, packages, services, and other spa policies.

  • Utilize spa computers and software with skill and proficiency.

  • Answer the phone promptly and operate phone system accurately and efficiently.

  • Actively promote the spa, treatments, services, sessions and retail, as well as programs, promotions and/or discounts available.

  • Accurately reserve, change and cancel spa appointments.

  • Ensure that the check-in, check-out and payment process is handled in accordance with company policy.
     

Required Qualifications

  • Maintain complete confidentiality in all guest matters in accordance with company policy.

  • Must learn and comply with all hotel safety rules.

  • Minimum of 1 year of employment within a hospitality-oriented environment. 

  • Prefer 1 year of experience as a Front Desk personnel or as a representative exemplifying outstanding hospitality.
