Ideal candidates will have several years of customer service experience within the hospitality industry, and must have a proven track record of providing exceptional guest experiences in a boutique setting.
JOB SUMMARY: Under the direction of the Guest Relations Managerr, the Supervisor will work directly with shift employees covering Front Desk, Concierge, PBX Operator, Guest Services and Night Audit departments to ensure a unique guest experience where we exceed all of their expectations.
The Supervisor acts as an ‘Ambassador’ for the Resort, providing guest recognition from pre-arrival, throughout the duration of stay and after departure. This role helps coordinate all departments’ efforts to provide the ultimate personalized guest experience. Utilizing the communication tools and the property management system (PMS), the Supervisor identifies opportunities within the department, greets guests on arrival and departure, fulfills guest requests, and continuously updates guest preference profiles on a daily basis, while supervising front office operations.
This position does require regular use of a computer, telephone, and other office materials. Ability to pull, push, lift up to 50 pounds, and be exposed to indoor and outdoor climates with varying temperatures and altitudes. Must be able to read and write in English well, execute sound judgement and be detail oriented.
