Post Ranch Inn, the world renowned hotel in Big Sur, is looking for qualified candidates to apply for our Resort Manager (AGM) position

JOB SUMMARY: Under the direction of the General Manager, this position is responsible for the entire guest experience at Post Ranch Inn and the supervision of all Guest Services management team and employees.

The Resort Manager (AGM) acts as an ‘Ambassador’ for the Resort, providing guest recognition from pre-arrival, throughout the duration of stay and after departure. This role coordinates all departments’ efforts to provide the ultimate personalized guest experience.

Ensuring a world class guest experience, the Resort Manager (AGM) is a primary contact for the guest journey at Post Ranch Inn. Utilizing the communication tools and the property management system (PMS), identifying opportunities to recognize guests & VIPs, and is hands-on in their delivery: Inspecting VIP rooms pre-arrival, greeting guests, anticipating guest needs during their stay and after, and updating guest preference profiles are just some of the actions taken on a daily basis to fulfill the role.

The Resort Manager (AGM) is also responsible for the training and development of staff, and ensuring that all functions are performed efficiently and to Post Ranch Inn’s standard operating procedures.
