JOB OBJECTIVE
As a team member of Post Ranch Inn, the Housekeeping Supervisor will ensure a world class guest experience by delivering the highest quality of cleanliness for the property in a timely manner and to continue the long-term success of offering unparalleled hospitality.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

Ideal candidates will have prior housekeeping, laundry, or janitorial supervisory experience.
Must have a proven track record of providing unique guest experiences.
Basic computer skills required (Microsoft Office and Google Workspace).
Must have effective verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish
Valid California driver's license and be of age 21.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Able to perform all essential duties with or without accommodation
Pushing/Pulling: Average weight 50 lbs on a regular basis
Lifting/Carrying: Average weight 50 lbs on a regular basis
Standing/Walking: Constantly. Standing/walking the majority of scheduled shift
Kneeling/Crawling: Constantly. Completing tasks throughout the hotel
Reaching: Constantly

Pay range for the Housekeeping Supervisor position is $23.00 - $26.24 per hour
