Post Ranch Inn- Bartender (Big Sur, CA)

Sierra Mar, the world renowned restaurant at the Post Ranch Inn, is looking for experienced Bartenders with full time availability for PM shifts. As a bartender, you will enjoy dramatic views of the Pacific Ocean while working with local ingredients, high quality products, and earn a competitive wage with benefits.

JOB KNOWLEDGE & EDUCATIONAL LEVEL: High School Diploma required, some college experience preferred. Ability to communicate in English is required. 2 years working experience within the industry is required. Candidates with interest in food & beverage industry trends highly preferred. Familiarity with local Department of Health regulations and either have, or be able to provide a CA Food Handler permit within 30 days of hire. Must be 21 years of age.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
1. Ability to use repetitive hand and body motions
2. Ability to stand for extended periods of time
3. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. from ground to overhead and carry up to 100 ft.
4. Ability to push and pull forces of up to 50 lbs.

Pay range for the Bartender position is $15.50 - $20.00 per hour plus tips
