Post Ranch Inn- Transportation Steward (Big Sur, CA)

As a member of Post Ranch Inn, the Transportation Steward will help drive guests on and off property, while maintaining guest areas and servicing the guest requests, to ensure a world class guest experience.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE JOB:

Handle airport pickups and any other rides requested by management
When on property, assisting with upkeep around pools which includes pool towels, restroom, restocking snacks and beverages, and sunscreen

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

Flexible availability. Shifts vary from AM, Mid and PM.
Must have a High School diploma
Must be at least 21 years of age
Must have a valid driver’s license with no major offenses (insurance purposes)
Must have relevant maintenance, facilities and grounds management experience
Skilled use of hand tools and power tools
Tractor and electric cart use
Previous experience using Gmail and Microsoft Suites
Ability to use repetitive hand and body motions
Ability to stand, stoop, bend, squat and walk for extended periods of time
Ability to lift, push and pull forces up to 50 lbs. from ground to overhead and carry for up to 300 feet
Ability to move ladder up to 300 feet; and climb a ladder up to 50 feet

Pay rate for the Transportation Steward position is $21.00 per hour plus gratuities
