The Spa Supervisor plays an essential role in ensuring exceptional service within the spa while supporting the Spa Director and working closely with the Concierge, Reservations, Guest Services, and Spa Therapist teams. This position helps coordinate daily spa operations, maintain high service standards, and create seamless and memorable experiences for all guests.
This position is full time. Pay Range is $25.00-26.00
We are looking for candidates who have flexible availability. Shifts may include mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences and consistently exceed guest expectations
- Assist with administrative procedures to ensure spa operations comply with health and safety policies
- Assist the Spa Director with projects, operational tasks, and departmental initiatives
- Supervise therapists and coordinate the daily flow of guests throughout the spa
- Perform opening and closing duties for the spa and spa concierge operations
- Oversee spa reception operations, including incoming and outgoing correspondence and packages
- Demonstrates a natural enthusiasm, professionalism, and strong organizational skills to effectively manage the diverse and multitasking responsibilities of this role
- Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a warm and approachable personality and the ability to engage confidently with guests and colleagues
- Maintains a calm, solution-oriented approach when resolving guest concerns or service challenges
- Demonstrates flexibility with scheduling based on business needs, including availability for weekends and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college or secondary education preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of spa concierge or spa supervisory experience in a boutique or luxury hotel environment preferred
- Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
