Duties/Responsibilities:  Will monitor and supervise the day-to-day operations and necessary skills required by residents who reside at Pollard Place.  Will be responsible for assisting/monitoring residents with basic living skills, medication monitoring and psychosocial rehabilitation.  Will have the knowledge and skills to assess basic medical and psychiatric emergencies.  Will be knowledgeable of the agency and community programs and will be able to utilize them effectively. 
 
Skills/Knowledge: Ability to work with SMI.  Must have good written & oral communication skills.
