Duties/Responsibilities:  Responsible for the efficient operation of the office and for taking messages correctly and routing them to the appropriate person.   Assure that consumers sign all necessary forms, maintain records, answer the switchboard in a timely manner and route all calls to the appropriate person.  Will demonstrate knowledge and proficiency in all related aspects of Pathways Electronic Health Record software.  All other duties as outlined in current job description.  This position will require some travel.  
Experience Required:      Experience in outpatient, inpatient, or residential Behavioral Health setting is a plus.  Display competency in working with computers and electronic devices necessary for completing their tasks, written and oral communication skills.
