Duties/Responsibilities:  The population served are women who are pregnant or new mothers whose baby is less than 18 months old.  Women must be at least 16 years old and be referred by the HANDS program.  The In-Bloom Therapist is available to consumers referred by internal and external sources, either in-home or in office for clinical services.  The In-Bloom therapist must maintain a multi-county caseload of consumers and complete accurate, current records of that caseload.  The In-Bloom therapist will complete all required trainings related to the agency requirements or their perspective clinical board.  All other duties as outlined in current job description.
Skills/Knowledge: One year’s experience in working with the mental health population is recommended but not required.  The ability to travel to consumer’s home is a must along with the ability to work therapeutically with the depressed population is desired.
