Duties/Responsibilities:  The population to be served by this position includes adult and elderly, as well as children and adolescent consumers designated as SMI/SED and in need of services.  The disability served will be any SMI/SED mental health diagnosis addressed in the current Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders.  Will provide a network for consumers of resources in the agency and community. Will assist client in accessing and utilizing community resources and transporting when necessary.  All other duties outlined in current job description. 
 
Skills/Knowledge: Experience in Behavioral Health setting is a plus.  Case Managers/CSA will display competency in working with computers and electronic devices.  Minimum of two years’ experience is preferred.
