Duties/Responsibilities:  This position will empower communities and build capacity for substance abuse prevention by mobilizing key individuals, coalitions, and organizations through technical assistance, training, and support with a focus on prevention services to pregnant and postpartum women.  All other duties as outlined in current job description.
 
Skills/Knowledge: Strong communication and relationship building skills, strong organizational and time management skills, strong computer skills and willing to travel for job responsibilities and training.
