Reno Staffing is looking for a janitor for a large for a large cannabis manufacturer in the Mustang area of Sparks.
$14/HR


CANDIDATE WILL HAVE TO OBTAIN MARIJUANA ESTABLISHMENT AGENT CARD.

Summary/Objective
Working the 1st Shift (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM), the Janitor keeps working areas in office and other departments of establishment in clean and orderly condition by performing the following duties.

Essential Functions include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Cleans rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, rest rooms, corridors, and other work areas throughout the Plant. Washes walls, ceiling, and woodwork; washes windows, door panels, and sills.
  • Mops floors of restrooms, lunchroom, office, conference room, hallways and storage areas.
  • Dusts furniture and equipment. Polishes metalwork.
  • Empties wastebaskets daily in office areas and restrooms. Transports trash and waste to disposal area.
  • Cleans lunchroom daily. Washes table, clean sink, counter and microwave, removes trash and ensures floor, chairs, etc. are free of debris. Cleans refrigerators weekly.
  • Cleans washrooms, including sinks, toilets, and floors. Replenishes bathroom supplies.
  • Keeps front of building, dock area and rear of building swept and free of debris.
  • Removes and discards all items not approved for permanent storage.
Complies with safety and GMP requirements.

  • Tighten and/or loosen a standard torque wrench up to 50 ft./lbs.
  • Up to 33 lbs. from 5 inches off ground and raise to 47 inches and then return 33 lbs. to original position.
  • Up to 60 lbs. from 30 inch shelf and 2-hand carry for up to 5 ft. and then return 60 lbs. to 30 inch surface.

Required Education and Experience

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and one to three months related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
