VistAbility is a non-profit agency based in Contra Costa County that serves children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. We provide direct services and advocacy to assist those we serve in achieving their highest level of personal independence and self-sufficiency.

Do you have experience in packaging, assembly/production work, or manufacturing?

We are looking for applicants who can help train and support adults who have disabilities in a warehouse environment. 


We are looking for an energetic person to train, support and supervise individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a production setting. You will be working with individuals who have disabilities, and overseeing their production work such as, assembly, packaging, and mailing services, as well as assisting them in developing life and career skills in a work setting. Your daily responsibilities may include material handling and preparing orders for shipment, pick ups and deliveries to local businesses as well as life skills instruction and activities.

  • Indoor masking is required at all program sites when in contact with any staff and/or participants
Compensation: $15.54/hr + great benefits!
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8 am - 3:30 pm (37.5 paid hrs/wk)
Location: Antioch

Our vacation accrual rates are generous: 1st and 2nd year of employment = 2 weeks vacation a year; 3rd and 4th year of employment = 3 weeks vacation a year; 5th to 9th year of employment = 4 weeks vacation a year; the 10th year onward = 5 weeks vacation a year.
