Sr. Systems Engineer (Annapolis Junction, MD)

ROOT//SOURCE is seeking a Sr. Systems Engineer to support a solution  which provides normalization of cyber security data and automation of threat intelligence. The engineer will provide data or process modelling support for modelling cyber data into a common data model. The successful candidate will have experience with XML Schemas, data or process abstraction, or database design experience.

Required skills/experience:
• Hands-on experience with XML/XSD
• Experience with data or process abstraction, or database design experience
• Critical reasoning
• Strong communication skills
• Familiarity with agency data formats (SOTF/BME, BLMA, TSDF)
• Confluence
• Jira

Compensation:
The annualized salary range for this position based on full time employment is $175,000-$290,000
