Sr. Systems Engineer (Fort Meade)
The Sr. Systems Engineer will be supporting the Cybersecurity Intelligence Team (CIT) TTO which provides normalization of cyber security data and automation of cyber threat intelligence. This position is part of an operations support team responsible for DEVOPS support across CIT.
The successful candidate will be able to work independently, lead other team members, learn new tasks over time and have the experience with the following:
• STE/STN Support
• Linux system administration
• Working with Developers to understand container/kubernetes based deployment for Int/Prod
• Docker and Kubernetes deployment, containerization and orchestration
• Monitoring system performance and troubleshooting issues with Elastic products such as Grafana and Kibana
• Jira for workflow management (ticketing)
• Confluence for documentation and artifact sharing
• Provisioning virtual machine resources
• Ability to navigate Command Line Interface (CLI)
• Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve container related issues.
• TPAM for account management
• Planned and unplanned outage coordination
Compensation:
The annualized salary range for this position based on full time employment is $210,000-$250,000.
