The Batch Record Processor for Robinson Pharma, Inc. will assist in stable and resolving critical database and data issues in order to ensure on time and accurate reconciliation of the work instructions.  

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Maintain secure access to Batch Records by keeping cabinet locked and allowing only approved personnel use.
  • Review all new and revised Batch Records for appropriate format, content, and consistency with other documentation and compliance to SOP procedures
  • Issue approved hard copy documents to designated departments delivering by hand. 
  • Assist in implementation of improved document management systems as needed. 
  • Work with all departments as needed to ensure that documentation requirements are met by reviewing accuracy and completeness.  
  • Pro-actively monitoring of all manufacturing systems, and act as the key control point for tracking and reporting.
  • Report and identify issues by submitting recommendations or ideas for improved efficiencies. 
  • Completing reports accurately and on time by using MS Excel.  
  • Report Analysis-reviewing batch performance and analyzing trends to identify areas of improvement.
  • Consolidate production batch record and make the appropriate changes if needed.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 1-3 years work experience in administrative, task in Pharmaceutical/Dietary, production/ manufacturing assistant environment
  • Ability to work well with others in a group, cooperate with others
  • Ability to think and take constructive action at work without being urged
  • Demonstrates awareness of Robinson Pharma safety policies and procedures
  • Ability to add, subtracts, multiply, divide and combine units of measure.
