Under limited supervision, the Quality Control Lab Technician III – Chemistry for Robinson Pharma, Inc. ensures company standards are met for all functions as they pertain to the QC Laboratory.  Overtime maybe required to meet business needs.


  • Processing and documenting all paper work and logbook receipt associated with raw material, in process and finished products testing.
  • Verify test results against specifications promptly alerting management of any specification excursions.
  • Verify vendor’s specifications and vendor’s results to ensure specifications are met.
  • Ensure the lab is kept in a clean state at all times.
  • Schedule, coordinate, and track raw material, in process, and finished product testing.
  • Coordinate with outside labs to ensure prompt delivery of results.
  • Maintain the chemical inventory database, and associated MSDS.
  • Ensure the lab is kept in a clean state at all times.
  • Wash glassware as needed to minimize dirty glassware in the lab.
  • Receive incoming lab supplies and chemicals.
  • Create finished product certificates of analysis.
  • Pull stability sample as required.
  • Perform raw material testing assignment and release functions in the ERP system.
  • Operates general analytical instruments during testing with raw material, IP, FP and ST sample testing such as automatic titrator, FTIR, and dissolution testing.
  • Labels, transcribes and records documentation such as report sheets and laboratory notebooks as required by APs and SOPs.
  • Performs physical testing such as particle size.
  • Ensures project deadlines and performance standards are established and met.
  • Ensures compliance with all Company policies and procedures, including safety rules and regulations.
  • Awareness of laboratory safety procedures.
  • Adhering to FDA regulations as well as any other diet supplement industry standards products.
  • Maintains strictest standards of hygiene in production area and throughout facility.
  • Testing of raw material and finish product for accuracy, purity and qualify


  • 5 or more year Chemistry testing or college degree
  • Ability to work well with others in a group, cooperate with others.
  • Responding to inquiries from management.
  • Establishing and maintaining cooperative working relationships with others.
  • Knowledge of chemistry techniques, terminology, equipment and supplies.

Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree or higher in Chemistry or a related field, and/or equivalent combination of experience.
