We are growing, and Rocky Point Restaurant is looking for outgoing and dynamic personalities to fill positions as Host/Hostess in our fine and busy dining establishment. FT/PT, all shifts.  The Host/Hostess is quite often the initial as well as final guest contact person, and therefore is required to have the demonstrated ability to warmly and professionally greet all guests via phone or in person and to bid farewell to all guests with the goal of attaining the maximum level of guests satisfaction.This experience sets the tone for the entire time guests are dining with us. Therefore it is imperative that you are compassionate and empathetic. 
Essential Responsibilities:

  • Co-coordinating restaurant reservations and guests' experience in terms of greeting and seating
  • Ability to manage and coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a gracious and hospitable presence to all restaurant guests.
  • Prepare Menus and Wine & Drinks list for each shift  
  • Develop long-term guest relations, by tracking information on repeat guests.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent
One year experience
