DSP/CRMA Positions Available (Westbrook, ME)
Residential Resources Inc. is currently seeking a Full-Time and Part-Time CRMA/Direct Support Professional for one of our Westbrook homes. This program will support 2 female clients in their day-to-day life. A successful candidate must be comfortable providing hands on personal care, transporting clients to community outings and have a positive attitude.
Schedule Options:
Part Time Schedule – 25 hours
Tuesday 2p-11p, Wednesday 3p-11p and Thursday 3p-11p
Full Time Schedule – 35 hours
Friday 9a-10p, Saturday 8a-10p and Sunday 12p-8p

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for care and supervision of individuals as outlined in the Person-Centered Plan.
- Provide in home support including companionship, assistance with household tasks, meal preparation, personal care and at home activities.
- Provide opportunities for individuals to be part of the community & participate in recreational activities such as running errands, going to the movies, out to eat or visiting family and friends.
Job Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must be a licensed driver with an acceptable driving history
- Must pass required background checks
- Experienced staff are preferred, but not required.
