Work hard. Have fun. Explore outside the box. Support others in your community. Make a difference.

We are currently looking for a full time LEAD DSP to provide residential and community supports for two engaging women in our Salem, NH staffed residence.  We are looking for an experienced DSP who is ready to move into an entry level leadership position.  This person should have experience working with Individuals with ID/DD and/or traumatic brain injuries.  Medication Administration experience is preferred but not required.

We are looking for dedicated Lead DSP to assist with staffing schedules, to be acting manager when the manager is out, provide assistance with medical appointments and medication administration oversight, etc.  You should also be ready to have a good time and share plenty of laughs.

Both women are wonderful to work with and are looking for someone to assist them in living full, meaningful lives. They do require some ambulatory assistance (walker or wheelchair), assistance with meals, and personal care.  Experience with medication passing, personal care needs and the use of a hoyer lift preferred but not required; we will train the right person!  If you are a kind compassionate person who wants to have some fun, laugh a lot and be a little silly while at work these women would welcome meeting you.

At the request of the women living in this home and their personal care needs, only female applicants will be considered for this home.  Male applicants are encouraged to visit for a full listing of our employment opportunities.

This program has a van so use of your personal vehicle is not required.
