We have one full time and one part time position available at a program in Gorham. The residents at this program require eyes on supervision and assistance with ADL's. This program supports 2 individuals that love to get out of the house and try new things. The folks that live here love to go for walks, listen to music, dance, engage in art projects, visit family members, etc. A successful candidate must be comfortable providing hands-on personal care, be confident providing routine and structure, and be encouraging of safe community outings and recreation.

The schedule(s) are below:

Position #1: NO WEEKENDS!
Mondays: 230p-10p
Tuesdays: 2p-11p
Wednesdays: 2p-8p
Thursdays: 2p-10p
Fridays: 9a-7p

Position #2: Part time position
Tuesdays: 2p-9p
Saturdays: 7a-5p
Sundays: 2p-8p

Duties:
  • Responsible for care and supervision of individuals as outlined in the Person-Centered Plan.
  • Provide in-home support including companionship, assistance with household tasks, meal preparation, personal care, and at-home activities.
  • Provide opportunities for individuals to be part of the community and participate in recreational activities such as running errands, going to the movies, out to eat, or visiting family and friends 
  • Comply with our company's COVID-19 guidelines and procedures 
Requirements:
  • Must be at least 21 years old 
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Must be a licensed driver with an acceptable driving history
  • Must have acceptable background checks 
  • At least 1 year of experience in the field. We will train the right person.
