Residential Resources of Maine is excited to add a Talent Coordinator to our Westbrook-based team! In this newly created role, the successful candidate will help our organization attract, onboard, and retain our amazing team of dedicated Direct Support Professionals (DSPs). Primary responsibilities will include recruiting, interviewing, and hiring, along with logistical oversight of onboarding and post-hire accountabilities such as tracking and scheduling of ongoing trainings.

Location and Hours: will vary! Our office, located at 39 Mechanic Street Suite 700 in Westbrook, is open from 8:30am - 4:30pm Monday through Friday. However, expectations for this role will be flexible and hours and location may shift as necessary based on the needs of candidates and employees.

Additional responsibilities include:
- Maintaining regulatory compliance through ensuring timeliness of staff training completion
- Cross-functional partnership and collaboration
- Fostering an inclusive and engaging organizational culture
- Performing other administrative duties, as needed

The successful candidate will possess the following:
- Associate’s Degree in a related field, two (2) years of experience in a recruiting or administrative role, or exuberant drive and people skills coupled with technological aptitude!
- 3+ years of experience as a licensed driver with an acceptable driving history
- An acceptable criminal history and other background checks as required
- Previous experience as a DSP is preferred but not required

And abilities:
- Demonstrated experience as a positive and engaged team member 
- Demonstrated competence and ability to navigate job posting sites and professional social media platforms
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - both verbal and written
- Skilled in prioritization and time management
- Demonstrated enthusiasm for and ability to convey the Residential Resources philosophy, values, and mission to employees and other agencies

Wages and Benefits:
- Starting salary begins at $41,600.00 and is based on experience and competency
