Residential Resources is looking for a Program Manager/Group Home Manager to join our team in Westbrook Maine. We are looking for a manager with experience providing direct care in this or a related human services field. 

We are looking for someone who is interested in team building and retention and can multi-task between different homes and demands. Someone who is an advocate; who is creative in their work and motivated by ensuring that the individuals we support live the lives they choose to live.  The candidate should be a person who is willing to jump in and support their homes with whatever they need, including direct care; leading by example.

The applicant would be responsible for monitoring the clinical, philosophical and fiscal needs of the individuals in their homes. This person should have an eye for detail, organization and timelines.   This is a salaried position that includes being on the on-call rotation.


REQUIREMENTS:
  • Acceptable criminal history and other background checks as required
  • Experience working with individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • For positions that require driving, you must be at least 21 years old and have been a licensed driver for at least 3 years.
