Are you a person who enjoys meeting new people?  Are you a very organized type of person who  wants to use those skills to make a difference?  Do you want to help find staff to support the great folks that we work with at Residential Resources?

When working to ensure that the individuals that we support (individuals with developmental/ intellectual disabilities) are living the best lives possible, it often comes down to the staff that are working with them.  Making the right “match” between individual and staff is essential for the happiness of both parties; it can change lives!

Residential Resources is looking for a person who wants to make this kind of difference.  A highly organized individual who will assist applicants from the point of interest through the onboarding/hiring process.  A person who has an interest in retention and wants to help us implement strategies to make our employees happier.

Applicants with an administrative background preferably in recruiting or hiring/onboarding staff are preferred but we would be willing to train the right person!  This position will require excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) and a willingness and ability to connect with applicants with all different backgrounds and skill level.   Many of our recruiting techniques and hiring processes are online/programs so the applicant must be comfortable and fluent with our computer programs.

This is a new and exciting position for our agency; we are looking for someone who is as excited about the work we do, as we are!

We offer an excellent BENEFITS package including:
Health, Dental, Vision and Life Insurance
401(k) with company contribution
Vacation, personal and sick time
Employee Discounts
